| Mia Orantes (“The Real Estate Geek”) is principal of Real Estate Geeks, a consulting firm offering Real Estate 2.0 marketing and virtual assistance to agents and brokers. After receiving a degree in International Economic Policy from American University, she obtained several management-related certificates from the American Management Association, in addition to a residential salesperson license and loan origination license. Ms. Orantes is an enthusiastic student of all things Web 2.0 and is a regular blog contributer on the YPN Lounge. | |

| On June 2, 2008, Koki was selected by REALTOR Magazine as one of the “30 Under 30″ honorees. Selection criteria for the annual award include business success, professional leadership, and community involvement. Koki is also one the 2009 YPN National Advisory Board Members. A a lifelong resident of the DC metropolitan area, Mr. Adasi received his B.S. in Business from Mount St. Mary’s University. | |

| Angela’s background in Urban Planning/Community Development from Virginia Tech enhances her skills as a real estate professional. She holds positions in various civic, social, and professional organizations in the DC Metro area. Ms. Kasey earned the National Association of Realtors’ At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certification which helps equip her with the tools to serve an ever-growing and ever-diverse population. Living in the DC metropolitan area for over 25 years has given Angela an insight to the area and the neighborhoods within it that enables her to match the right client with the right home. | |

| Sean has been a real estate professional since 2003. He has held positions in all aspects of lending including Mortgage Consultant, Sales Manager, and Operations Manager. He has extensive experience originating conventional, non-conforming, FHA/VA, and construction loans. However, his true passion is helping first-time home buyers obtain financing. With a firm belief that the best way to benefit his client is to keep up with industry changes and technology, he continued his education by becoming CMPS certified as well as a graduate of Xinnix Mortgage University. |

| Mo started in the real estate field as an abstractor in 1993 working for Alexandria Real Estate Title. He then went on to start his own abstract company Metro Real Estate Title in 1997, which he then sold to one of his employees in 2002. In 2000 Mo Choumil launched ATG (Alltech Title Group), a Real Estate Title & Escrow company that serves DC, VA, MD & Fl. Currently the company employs 35 associates, and specializes in handling short sale negotiations between sellers and lenders. |
